We partner with organizations to help gain this clarity and focus. A typology of leadership development can be a useful tool to  guide conversations, as you consider what is “in”, “out” and “core” to your program. 

We love using the ORS typology of leadership development investments as a helpful reference point. The guide was developed with funders in mind as a key audience. But we find that it is a helpful resource that can be adapted to consider the components of a leadership development model- whether you are creating a new program or revamping or evaluating an existing program.
